Delivery Time

Your package can arrive within 2-3 days if you are in the territory of Serbia. For other European countries, delivery can take 3–5 days. Please note that for advanced or personalized products, the delivery time can be about 2-3 weeks. In these cases, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Thank you for your understanding.

After successful payment and confirmation of your order, the delivery time and delivery price will be displayed on the order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation message stating the processing time. Order processing may take 1-2 days, and you will be notified when the shipment is shipped.

The shipment will be accompanied by a delivery notice that includes an estimated delivery time for each package. You will also be assigned a tracking number as soon as it is ready. You can also track the delivery time for each package in the order history.

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time, but the actual delivery date may be affected by factors such as air freight, weather conditions, and other external circumstances. For the most accurate information, please track the status of your shipment via the tracking number.
